The Gaziza Zhubanova State String Quartet offers an interesting programme of works by classics of the chamber genre – L. Beethoven, F. Schubert and C. Debussy, and traditionally includes works by the representatives of national music culture.  In this concert it is music by contemporary composers Kuat Shildebayev and Arman Zhaiym.

The high level of skill of the Gaziza Zhubanova State String Quartet has been repeatedly noted with awards and prizes at various international competitions. The creative activity of the ensemble is highly appreciated by the state – the quartet has received the State Youth Award “Daryn” and the government award “Yeren Yenbegi Ushin”.
