On 17 June 2018 at 1.00 pm, the world-famous French jazz accordionist, composer and singer Richard Galliano, one of the brightest students and followers of the King of Tango Astor Piazzolla, will give only one concert in the Chamber Hall of the Astana Opera House.

 “The Sacred Monster of Jazz” – that is how the accordion player has been nicknamed in France. The musician can play all types of accordions. A virtuoso accordion and bandoneon player, Richard Galliano has created the “New Musette”, a new music genre.

Richard Galliano gives concerts all over the world: Paris, Rome, Berlin, Moscow, London, New York, San Francisco, Montreal, Buenos Aires, Tokyo and in other cities. Among the most prestigious venues, where Richard Galliano has performed with his friends, are the Lincoln Center in New York, La Scala in Milan, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris.
