Music Without Borders

The opera and symphony concert will feature works by classical composers performed by famous Russian and Kazakhstani musicians.

The Saint-Petersburg Music House was founded in February 2006. The main task of this organization is to promote classical music, to revive performance traditions and to prepare young Russian musicians for international competitions.

Professor Sergey Roldugin, cellist and conductor, People’s Artist of Russia is a founder and the artistic director of this project.

The concert features: Pavel Milyukov (violin), winner of international competitions, including the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition, soloist at the St. Petersburg Music House (2008–2012), and participant in the Moscow Philharmonic’s “Stars of the 21st Century” programme. Also, the leading soloists of the Astana Opera House – winners of the International Competition of Professional Opera Singers “Big Opera” on the Kultura channel (2014 and 2023) – Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Saltanat Akhmetova (soprano), Dinmukhamed Koshkinbayev (baritone), and the Astana Opera Symphony Orchestra. Conductor – Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Abzal Mukhitdin.
