Inspiration of Spring
The Gaziza Zhubanova State String Quartet in the spring series of concerts offers a programme of works by Mozart, Grieg, and traditionally includes a work by one of the outstanding representatives of national music culture, kuishi and composer Kazangap.
The high level of skill of the Gaziza Zhubanova State String Quartet has been repeatedly noted with awards and prizes at various international competitions. The creative activity of the ensemble is highly appreciated by the state – the ensemble has received the State Youth Award “Daryn” and the government award “Yeren Yenbegi Ushin”.
The concert will feature the famous Russian clarinetist Artur Naziullin, Honoured Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, performing together with the Kazakhstani musicians.

According to statistics from the International Clarinet Association, Artur Naziullin is one of the ten best new generation clarinettists.
A graduate of the State Moscow Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky. Artur Naziullin is the winner of numerous competitions, including the New Names International Clarinet Competition (Moscow, 2005; Vancouver, 2007), and is a recipient of a scholarships from the Spivakov International Charity Foundation, the Russian Performing Arts Foundation and the New Names Foundation.
He has performed with renowned orchestras, including the State Academic Symphony Orchestra “Evgeny Svetlanov”, the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, the Moscow Virtuosi State Chamber Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Bashkortostan and music ensembles in Germany, Canada, Portugal, Turkey and others.
He has close artistic contacts with prominent musicians and conductors of our time, such as Vladimir Spivakov, Denis Matsuev, Maksim Dunayevsky, Pinchas Zukerman, Alexander Sladkovsky, Ekaterina Mechetina, Pavel Nersessian, Nana Yashvili, Tabea Zimmermann, Sergei Krylov and many others.
Naziullin’s master classes have been presented at the Swedish International Duo Competition, the US Young Clarinet Competition, as well as in Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and throughout Russia during the concert tours.
Artur Naziullin is an ambassador for the Buffet-Crampon (France) brand of musical instruments in the Russian Federation.
In 2014, the Artur Naziullin Award for Culture and Art “Constellation” was established for talented young people in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
