Rules of the bonus program

1.TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The Offer - this document is an Operator's public offer, addressed to any individual who concludes the agreement on participation in the «Live brighter!» Bonus Program on the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer.

Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by registering on the Ticketon.kz website.

The «Live Brighter!» (BP) means a program allowing its participants to receive bonuses for purchases and/or other actions envisaged by the Bonus Program on the Operator's website Ticketon.kz and use them for future purchases.

Operator - Ticketon Events Limited Liability Partnership

Partner - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur which has concluded a contract for provision of services with the Operator.

Participant of the program - a buyer (an individual) who has made purchases on the Ticketon.kz website and confirmed his/her consent to participate in the bonus program at the moment of registration on the website.

Bonus - a form of discount provided by the Operator to the participant in accordance with these rules, which can be used when paying for purchases on the website www.Ticketon.kz

The Participant of BP has the right to receive, accumulate Bonuses and take them into account when paying for goods at the rate of 1 Bonus = 1 tenge.

Bonuses at this rate have no cash value and do not provide the right to receive them in cash equivalent.

Bonuses can be:

  • inactive - accrued, but not available for payment
  • active - available for payment;
  • deducted - already used for payment;
  • burned - not spent during their validity period.

Gift Bonus - a burnable point of the bonus program awarded at the Operator's discretion as part of marketing promotions. Validity period of the Gift Bonuses is determined by the Operator.

Bonus Account - an aggregate of accounting and information data in the Operator's Program database on the Program Participant, the number of accrued/withdrawn/burned Bonuses and current balance.

Personal Cabinet (PC) - the Participant's personal page on the Program website www.Ticketon.kz or in the Ticketon mobile application. In the Personal Area the Participant of the program can see the history of orders/purchases and the Bonus Account. Participant registration on the site automatically expresses consent to the use and storage of personal data of the Buyer for the purposes of the bonus program "Live Brighter!".

Activation of the Personal Cabinet - filling in the personal and contact data, confirming them by e-mail or sms, agreeing with the rules of the Bonus Program. Participant has an opportunity to edit his data. Operator requires confirmation of contact data to protect the bonus accounts of its customers and communication with them.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1 HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

2.1.1  «Live Brighter!» - is an accumulative bonus program that allows participants to make profitable purchases and pay for them with bonuses.

The following benefits are also available to program participants:

- Participation in the gamification system with rewards and achievements

- Participation in special promotions from Operator's partners.

2.1.2 The Operator reserves the right to change the rules of the Bonus program at any time without notice to the Participants of the program. Such changes come into force from the moment of publication on the Website.

2.1.3 The Operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the «Live Brighter!» Bonus Program.

2.1.4 The Operator is not responsible for ignorance of the conditions set forth herein by the Participant of the BP.

2.2 HOW TO BECOME A PARTICIPANT OF THE PROGRAM

In order to become a participant of the «Live Brighter!» bonus program it is necessary:

- Make a purchase at www.Ticketon.kz

- Fill in the registration form.

- Authorize in private office. The authorization link comes by email or text message.

2.3 HOW BONUSES ARE ACCRUED

2.3.1 Each participant of the Bonus program has a personal Bonus account on which the Bonuses are accumulated. They are credited for the purchase of Tickets on the Operator's website www.Ticketon.kz.

2.3.2. The amount of Bonuses accrued is established by the Operator depending on the category of the particular Event, as well as additional conditions provided by the Operator's Partners.

2.3.3. Accrued Bonuses become active and available for further use on the date and time that coincide with the start time of the Event for which the purchase of the Tickets with the presentation of the relevant Bonuses was made.

2.3.4 Bonuses will «burn out» and become unusable after 90 calendar days from the date of their activation, unless otherwise stipulated in the conditions of Bonus accrual for the particular Operator's marketing promotion. Burned Bonuses are not restored.

2.3.5 Information about the amount of Bonuses accrued, their expiration and start dates, the amount of Volts written off, the Bonus account, the date and the amount of the next Bonus discharge is indicated in the Participant's myAlpari in the Bonus History section.

The Participant is solely responsible for the safety of his/her bonuses, promo coupons, personal account data and email. 2.3.7.

2.3.7 Bonuses credited for the current purchase cannot be used.

2.3.8 Bonuses are credited to the Registered Participant's personal data and cannot be transferred or combined with the Bonus Account of another Registered Participant of the program.

2.4 HOW THE BONUSES ARE DEDUCTED

2.4.1 The BP Participant has the opportunity to receive a discount by exchanging the part of the Purchase made on the website www.Ticketon.kz and sub-domains for the activated Bonuses. At that, the maximum amount of the discount can't exceed 30% (thirty per cent) of the total Purchase value.

2.4.2 If the sum of the active Bonuses is less than thirty per cent of the Purchase value, then the whole amount of the Bonuses will be discounted.

2.4.2 When returning a particular Purchase, the Bonuses accrued for that particular Purchase will be cancelled in full, even if only one or more Tickets of that Purchase are returned.

2.4.3 The amount of the bonus earned for the returned Ticket will be deducted from the bonus account, and in case the Bonuses have already been spent, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount for that Ticket.

2.4.4 In case of refund of the Ticket the cost of which was partially paid from the Participant's Bonus Account, the Bonuses used for the purchase of that Ticket will not be refunded.

2.4.5 The rules listed in paragraphs 2.4.2, 2.4.3 and 2.4.4 also apply to cases that arise when returning tickets to the cancelled or postponed Event.

2.4.6 If for technical reasons the crediting or debiting of Points from the Bonus account is impossible, the Operator has the right to refuse the Participant in the operation until the malfunction is eliminated.

3. PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 The Participant provides the Organizer their personal data and agrees to its collection, processing, systematization, updating, use and storage for the purposes of the «Live Brighter!».

3.2 The Operator has the right to send e-mails and SMS messages of informational and advertising character, advertisement by phone, in the Internet and on the mobile device to the e-mail address and cell phone of the Participant. At the same time the Operator undertakes not to transfer the address and other information about the User to third parties.

3.3 Joining the Bonus program means the unconditional consent of the Participant with the conditions of processing of his personal information, specified in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 of this Offer; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the Buyer shall refrain from participation in the Bonus program.

3.4 The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites, to which the Participant can go through the links available on third-party websites.

3.5 The Operator does not check the reliability of the personal information provided by the Participant and has no possibility to assess his competence. However, the Operator assumes that the Participant provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

3.6 The purposes of processing of the Participant's personal information:

3.6.1 identifying the party as part of participation in the Bonus Program;

3.6.2 To provide the Participant with personalized offers on the conditions of purchase of Tickets and participation in promotions;

3.6.3 Communication with the Participant, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of Operator's services, execution of agreements and contracts, as well as handling of requests and applications from the Participant;

3.6.4 improving the quality of the Operator's services, convenience of their use, development of new services of the Operator;

3.6.5 targeting of advertising materials;

3.6.6 conducting statistical and other research on the basis of impersonal data.

3.7 The Participant may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him/her, or any part of it, by using the function of editing personal data in Personal Area.

3.8 If the Participant does not wish to have his/her personal data processed in the future, he/she may notify the Operator by contacting the Support service. The information received earlier will be deleted from the Operator's client database and the Bonus Account will be blocked. Subsequent use of the Bonus Set will be impossible.

3.9 The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Participant's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties with it.
