Romance is one of the oldest genres, dating back several centuries. But no one would dare to accuse the romance of aging. On the contrary, it has attracted contemporary performers and the public’s unflagging interest in it serves to confirm the genre’s relevance.

The evening of romance will be presented by the soloists of the International Opera Academy “Astana Opera”. In addition to the traditional classical romance (M. Mussorgsky, B. Fomin, N. Shiryaev, L. Drizo, Ya. Feldman, D. Shostakovich, D. Kabalevsky, etc.), the singers of the opera academy will also perform well-known lyrical songs by A. Petrov, Ye. Martynov, A. Ostrovsky and others.
