An evening of symphonic music featuring the works of the great Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a Classicism genius, will be performed by the Astana Opera soloists and Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Abzal Mukhitdin, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan.

The programme includes Symphony No. 29, Concerto for Flute, Harp and Orchestra in C major and Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and Orchestra.

The viola was a ‘cinderella’ at the time, but Mozart loved playing the instrument and gave viola players a virtuoso yet profound work.
