“Breeze from the Aegean Sea in the Kazakh Steppe”

On March 18, the “Breeze from the Aegean Sea in the Kazakh Steppe” concert will take place in the Chamber Hall. The concert programme will include works by Kazakh, Greek, Russian and Western European composers.

Musical masterpieces will be performed by the Astana Opera Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Conductor, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Askar Buribayev.

The concert will feature Marina MININA, an opera singer from Moscow, and the talented Kazakhstani musician, winner of international competitions Zhandos MUKHAMEDIULY (violin).

 

Marina Minina is a laureate of the international competition (second prize at the Ruza International Competition in Russia). She has been working with the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia for more than 20 years and successfully participated in all the productions and tours of the Bolshoi Theatre around the world. Since 2014, Marina Minina has been a soloist of the Globus Music International Early Music Ensemble.

Since 2016, she has been giving vocal lessons at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. Marina Minina has been actively engaged in charitable activities in cooperation with the Big Change Fund.
