Ice Palace in Shymkent is the heart of winter sports in the city and one of its main attractions. Construction started back in the 2000s, but the official opening took place later, after extensive reconstruction, in December 2009.

What is the ice palace?

It is a large sports complex, the area of which is 1800 square meters of the ice arena, and the capacity of the stands is designed for 2000 people. It is possible to skate here and rent skates.
