Tokmagambetov's Palace of Culture in Kyzydorda has been the main center of leisure activities for citizens since the first days of its opening. For several decades it has been functioning both as an institution where adults and children are engaged in creativity and as a concert venue. Under its roof, there are extraordinary and interesting performances of local and touring artists, plays, creative evenings, festivals, a celebration of state holidays and many other cultural events.
