As part of celebrating the 25th anniversary of the capital, the stage of the Astana Opera House will host a grand concert “Kus Zholy”, dedicated to the creative work of renowned Kazakhstani composer, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan, Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Holder of the Order of Parasat Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov.

Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov is one of the brightest modern composers, who works with equal success in both classical and Estrada genres. His creative legacy includes symphonies, operas, musical comedies, string quartets, symphonic pieces, vocal cycles, romances, songs and music for cinema and theatre.

Accompanied by a symphony orchestra, the concert will feature instrumental and vocal works by the composer performed by famous Kazakhstani opera singers and Estrada stars.
