Piano Duo
A new unusual project of the music agency “Dala Classic” this time opens for listeners the unique world of a piano duet.
On May 22, 2024, a stunning duo from France - Lyudmila Berlinskaya and Arthur Ansel - will present their creativity.
Risky discoveries in the field of music, bright pages of piano literature and a generous desire to share their inspiration with the audience - these are the distinctive features of this duo. Lyudmila Berlinskaya and Arthur Ansel are inseparable pioneering pianists and a truly passionate stage couple.
The most famous and prestigious magazines write about the duo as “sensational pianists” (Fanfare), “giving a variety of dimensions of simplicity and magic at the same time” (Le Monde), speak of them as “as virtuosic as they are precise” (Classica) and about their “coherence, which gives the feeling of one pianist playing” (musicweb-international), their “performance is dazzling” (fonoforum). Pianists “give us the feeling of a single organism” (concertclassic.com).
The Berlinskaya-Ansel duo is one of the most famous and significant piano duets on the international stage.
Lyudmila Berlinskaya and Arthur Ansel are masters who belong to a dynasty of famous musicians, each with a strong biography of a soloist behind them. And therefore their duet is built on complete mutual understanding of each other. Their original concert programs, filled with stage energy for two, their ability to share both famous and unexpected musical works with the public, were born from the desire to raise such an infinitely beautiful format of music making as the piano duet to a new, unattainable level of other long-famous forms of chamber music .
