Musical Diversity of Voices

Introduction to opera voices

(in the Russian language)

The human voice is the perfect tool created by nature. A baby can easily recognize his or her loved ones by their timbres and likes to listen to lullabies. By growing up, the child understands that the colour of the voice can be a characteristic of heroes of movies and musical fairy tales. If you want your child to become a listener of vocal classics in the future, you should start training right now.

Concert presenters – musicologists of the opera house will tell in an entertaining way about all types of opera voices – from soprano to bass, and well-known soloists will perform arias and duets from compositions by L.Khamidi, G.Bizet, G.Verdi, G.Rossini, W.A.Mozart, A.Kholminov, R.Leoncavallo as well as Neapolitan songs etc. The programme will also feature the Choir of the Astana Opera Children’s Studio.
