From November 23 to 26, 2023, the World Championship, the World Junior Championship and the IFAGG Trophy 2023 in aesthetic group gymnastics will be held in Almaty. The World Cup is a significant competition that takes place once a year. For the first time, the world Championship will be held in Asia.The organizers of the competition are the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (IFAGG), the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty, Kazakhstan Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics.Within the framework of the World Championship, the Championship of four Continents and the international tournament "Almaty Cup" will be held from November 22 to 24, 2023.The competitions will be held at the Baluan Sholak Sports Palace.The strongest teams from 15-17 countries of the world will take part in sports events. 1,500 athletes, coaches, and judges will visit our country.50 sets of medals will be awarded in long and short programs, in several age categories, as well as among mixed teams.In addition to the competitive part, the audience is waiting for the opening ceremony, which will take place on November 25, 2023 at 12.00 and will briefly acquaint our guests with the cultural heritage and traditions of the Kazakh people, the integration of Kazakhstan into the global space.
