“BABALAR AMANATY TAUYELSIZDIK”
On November 16, the “Babalar Amanaty Tauyelsizdik” concert featuring works by the laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan Balnur Kydyrbek will take place in the Chamber Hall of the Astana Opera House.
The Chair of the Kazakhstan Union of Composers, author of more than 500 pieces of music, which style is notable for its unique, colorful and at the same time democratic language, composer Balnur Kydyrbek was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of literature and the arts for her Requiem in 2014.
Her creative work is characterized by genre diversity: works for children (ballet Karlygashtyn Kuyrigy Nege Aiyr / Why Does a Swallow’s Tail Look Like Horns?), the opera-ballet Kalkaman – Mamyr, the musical Zhanuran, Concerto for trumpet and orchestra, symphonic poems, cantatas, overtures, orchestral suites, as well as music for films and theatre performances, pop songs, arrangements of Kazakh folk songs and others.
The recital will feature Balnur Kydyrbek’s orchestral (Aktau Saryny, Oren, Orleu, Gaukһar-Kyui, Deshty Kypshak, Balgyn), vocal (Tugan Meken – Kurenbel, Senbeisin, Toi Kobeisin) and other works.
