Kazakh State Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments named

 after Kurmangazy

This year the Kazakh State Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after Kurmangazy which is recognized around the worldwide, the foundation of national music, turns 83 years old. Nowadays, about 83 talented musicians work in the famous orchestra, each of which is able to represent our Kazakhstan at various competitions, head of the orchestra is a talented young conductor Arman Zhudebaev.

Repertory fund of the orchestra consists of over 4000 musical pieces. Great orchestra is presenting a series of concerts "From the Kazakh kuyev to world classics", «Muzic of the World», «Melodies of the Great Steppe».
