Pearls of ancient Taraz

Purpose:

to facilitate to the development of knowledge about religious and memorial architecture, formation of culture and artistic appreciation.

Tasks:

- to introduce pearls of religious architecture to the tourist, like Aisha Bibi, Babadzhi Hatun, Karakhan;

- to combine knowledge about the objects with fostering a careful attitude to them;

- to disclose value and significance of the collection of the Local History Museum in Taraz.

Route:

Start: hotel Zhambyl.

Route: along Tole Bi street, square Dostyk, along Karakhan street, Palun Sholak street, to Zhangildin street.

Objects: mausoleums of Karakhan, Dautbek, bath Kali Yunus, mausoleums to Tekturmas and Mambet Batyr, remains of the town Tortkul.
Return to Zhangildin street, Palun Sholak street, Abai street, Tole Bi street, Tauke Khan street, to the village Aisha Bibi, then back to Suleimanov street, to the local history museum.

The tour includes many objects mentioned above, and puts them together, to obtain the full idea about treasures of Zhambyl region.
