Makpal Isabekova first became famous in 2003, when the SuperStar KZ project was released on the country's screens. The young girl immediately attracted attention. At that time she was not one of the three strongest, but despite that, her musical career actively went up in the mountains. Already in 2005 Makpal released her first album, became a participant of the New Wave festival and was awarded the Altyn Adam prize.
Three years later she started collaborating with Dominik Joker and Makpal Isabekova's songs became popular outside Kazakhstan, and in 2009 together with Sergey Zhukov (the band "Hands Up"), they recorded the song "It Doesn't Pain Me" within the MAKI project, which hasn't left the charts for a long time. In general, 2009 was a fruitful year for the singer: she gave her first solo concert and entered the GITIS.
As an actress, Makpal Isabekova debuted in 2014 in "Caught" S. Tolegen. The second film with her participation was "Dawn" A. Yerzhanov. In addition, Makpal was among those who voiced the cartoon "Moana" from Disney in Kazakh.
