Werewolves (2024)

The world of the future is consumed by a horror that cannot be controlled. Humanity is experiencing a catastrophic epidemic affecting billions of people around the world. Every two years, on the night when the Blood Moon rises in the sky, ordinary citizens turn into werewolves monsters who have lost their human form and mind. This transformation happens unexpectedly and ruthlessly, destroying the lives of both those infected and those who remain in fear and horror.

In the film, the action takes place during a difficult period, when each new cycle of the epidemic brings the world closer to the complete destruction of human civilization. Those who have not yet been infected live in constant fear due to many factors: the threat of turning into a monstrous werewolf, danger to their loved ones, as well as the hopelessness of existence in a world that is gradually losing its former form.

The world is divided into two parts: those who have already contracted the virus and become part of a horde of werewolves, and those who are desperately fighting for survival, trying to avoid transformation. Governments and scientists are unsuccessfully trying to find a cure, but each new epidemic cycle accelerates the destruction of humanity. In the light of the Blood Moon, all living beings infected with the virus lose control of themselves, becoming bloodthirsty monsters that not only threaten their loved ones, but also the whole of humanity.

The main characters of the film are a group of survivors who decide to make a desperate attempt to stop the epidemic. Among them are former scientists, military men and ordinary people who decide to join the fight against the threat, trying to find a way to resist transformations. But with each step they are getting closer to becoming part of the ancient legends of sinister creatures that go hunting under the light of the moon. It is unknown who will be able to remain human, and who will turn into a monster, and what sacrifices will have to be made to defeat the epidemic.

"Another world: The Year of the Wolf" is a film about struggle, fear and survival in a world where man and beast become one. The plot captures the viewer in the brutal atmosphere of the apocalypse, exploring themes of humanity, moral choices and inexorable destruction that cannot be stopped.
