MC programme:

1. Introduction to the world of plastic recycling:

A brief talk about the problem of plastic waste and its impact on the environment.

Discussion of the stages of plastic production and recycling.

2. Preparation of materials:

Participants can bring their plastic lids for recycling.

All participants are provided with pre-prepared plastic lids in pellets and all necessary fittings.

3. Creative part of the design:

Participants choose the shape and colour of the future product.

They develop an individual design using coloured granules from shredded lids.

4. Melting and moulding:

Participants observe the process of melting the lids into your individual products.

While the lids are melting, participants are encouraged to:

play board games: tetris, balancer (made of recycled plastic);

take part in sorting plastic lids by colour and type.

Shredding lids into pellets using a bicycle shredder (under the supervision of a master).

5. Final touches:

Refinishing the products: fixing of jewellery fittings, sanding (as required).

6. Completion of the master class:

Photo session with finished products.
