MC programme:

1. Introduction to the world of plastic recycling:

A brief talk about the problem of plastic waste and its impact on the environment.

Discussion of the stages of recycling plastic lids.

2. Preparation of materials:

Participants can bring their plastic lids for recycling.

Pre-prepared plastic lids in pellets are provided to all participants.

3. creative part - design:

Participants make a choice of the shape and colour of the future product.

They develop an individual design using coloured granules from shredded lids.

4. Remelting and moulding:

Participants observe the process of melting the lids.

While the lids are melting, participants are encouraged to:

play board games: tetris, balancer (made from recycled plastic).

participate in sorting the plastic lids by colour and type.

shredding of lids into pellets using a bicycle shredder (under the supervision of a foreman).

5. Final details:

Finalising the products: fixing fittings, decorating, sanding (if necessary).

6. Completion of the master-class:

Photo session with finished products.
