In the final stages of her pregnancy, Maria arrives at her husband's country house, where they plan to build a cozy family nest. Maria goes down to the basement to check the electrical panel and discovers a secret room there that hides a terrible family secret. Maria begins to panic, trying to escape back to the city, but discovers that her car keys are missing. It gets dark, Maria begins to have contractions, and she begins to fight for her life and the life of her child.
