Obra maestra Astor Piazzolla” (Part 2)

The name of Astor Piazzolla, the composer who gave the world the most sultry and exciting tangos, is written in golden letters in the history of the 20th musical art. Having incorporated elements of jazz and classical music into the tango, he radically changed its traditional idea.

Owing to Piazzolla millions of people around the world took a liking to exciting rhythms of tango and became more interested in the distant country Argentina.

The concert “Obra maestra Astor Piazzolla” (Part 2) will feature the composer’s hits which will be performed by the artists of the “Ritmos de Amor” instrumental ensemble, that has been presenting an original performance of the classical music to us for the second season, as well as interesting interpretations of popular works by Latin American and European composers.
