THE CONCERT IS HELD IN KAZAKH AND RUSSIAN

Kazakhstan’s opera star, People’s Artist of Kazakhstan and Tatarstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan and holder of the Order of Kurmet Nurzhamal Ussenbayeva is known in many countries around the world. In the first days of summer (from 1 to 4 June), Astana welcomes guests and participants of the First International Nurzhamal Ussenbayeva Vocal Competition, which will gather renowned opera singers – members of the jury and young performers from Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Austria, the Czech Republic, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and others.
This artistic competition will serve as an excellent opportunity for young artists, allowing them to showcase their unique talents, musical and artistic abilities, and make their debut appearances on the prestigious stages of renowned opera houses.
In addition to various awards, winners and recipients of diplomas will be presented with a special prize from the Astana Opera House – a certificate granting them a performance opportunity at the Kulyash Baiseitova Chamber Hall. This will be the first stage where the winners of the Nurzhamal Ussenbayeva Competition will debut.

Tickets purchased at the Astana Opera are exchangeable and refundable only in cases of cancelled or
postponed performances. In all other cases, no refunds and exchanges are possible.
