of the 4th Chamber Hall Concert Season

On 7 September 2016, the Astana Opera Chamber Hall will open its 4th concert season. Throughout the whole theatrical season, concert organizers will be presenting new interesting and rich in compositions programmes to the audiences.

The Astana Opera Chamber Orchestra under the direction of the renowned musician Eldar Saparayev will take part in the concert, dedicated to the opening of the concert season.

 

Eldar SAPARAYEV graduated with honours from the Zurich School of Music (Switzerland). He is the winner of first prizes at international competitions in Switzerland, Croatia, Italy and Germany.

He has performed in such prestigious concert halls as the Tonhalle Zurich, the Lisinski Concert Hall (Zagreb), the Teatro La Felice (Venice), the Berlin Philharmonic, the Walt Disney Concert Hall (Los Angeles) and others.

At the moment, he is the concertmaster of the South-West German Philharmonic Orchestra and a member of the legendary cello sextet of the Philharmonische Cellisten Köln. As a guest concertmaster and soloist, he has performed with the Berlin and Zurich Chamber Orchestras, the orchestras of the Munich Opera and Munich Radio, the Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart and others.

 

The pianist Alibek Alpiyev, a winner of international competitions, will take part in the concert as a soloist.

F. Schubert. Symphony No. 5 in B-Flat Major, D. 485
