An Evening of Piano Duets

Double Forte & Piano

The evening of piano duets titled “Double Forte & Piano”, featuring pianists Aikerim Yessimkhanova and Dina Mirmanova, will take place in the Astana Opera Chamber Hall.

Laureates of international competitions Aikerim Yessimkhanova and Dina Mirmanova will perform in ensemble and present a duet piano programme featuring works by romantic composers and French impressionists.

Aikerim Yessimkhanova is a Bolashak scholar, she graduated from the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media and the University of Music Detmold (under professors Christopher Oakden and Clemens Rave).

Dina Mirmanova graduated from the Kazakh National Kurmangazy Conservatory (class of People’s Artist of Kazakhstan, Professor Zhaniya Aubakirova).

Musicians actively give concerts in Kazakhstan and abroad. In 2014, their piano duet won the International Chopin Piano Competition in Rome.
