AN EVENING OF FRENCH MUSIC

The creative team of the Kazakh Concert – the State Trio of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Forte-Trio” will give the audiences the joy of communicating with the high art. The Trio is composed of winners of international competitions: concertmaster of the State Symphony Orchestra of Kazakhstan Yerkebulan Saparbayev, cellist Murat Narbekov, and renowned pianist, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Timur Urmancheyev (Artistic Director).

The ensemble’s repertoire is quite diverse and includes works of various styles and musical directions: from Baroque to Jazz. By creating their own interpretations, the Trio wins the hearts of sophisticated connoisseurs of classical music. Kazakh folk music and works by Kazakhstani composers have a special place in the creative work of the team.

The musicians also perform along with the orchestra, as well as with various soloists - both instrumentalists and singers.

The State Trio takes part in numerous international festivals and many a time has represented Kazakhstan at the most prestigious concert venues in Europe and Asia.

The concert programme will include works by French impressionist composers.

The performance will be accompanied by slides of paintings by French impressionist artists.
