Lumiera Cinema in Almaty is a modern cinema on Arbat avenue. Its building is located in the former shopping center. 6 cozy cinemas are waiting for you, designed for 90 people each. The cinema is open from 10.00 a.m. till 02.00 a.m.

The second part of the name of the new theater - miniplex - indicates a small capacity of cinemas. All of them are designed for no more than 916 viewers combined. Watching movies will leave the brightest impressions due to the good equipment:
- Christie's curved screens and projectors;
- sound equipment from Dolby and Klipsch;
- The rooms are equipped with armchairs from Italian manufacturer Lino Sonego.
After watching the films at the Lumière Cinema, visitors will not be confronted with the light that hits their eyes. The complex is designed in dark colors with warm and quiet lighting. And quite large and cozy foyers will allow you to quietly wait for your session.
The miniplex has an interactive entertainment area where time can be passed. There are cafes, restaurants and food courts for refreshments. It would be incorrect to say that this theatre is different from the rest of the world in terms of entertainment. However, it should be noted that one of the goals of the miniplex is the distribution of not only commercial films, but also festival films. However, this is not the end of its purpose. In the walls of this theater, it is planned to show various educational films for schoolchildren and students in 3D format. Currently, there are programs in astronomy, biology, and geography. It is planned that intellectual and educational films will be shown in Kazakh and Russian languages.
